Minimum Qualifications for AJAC Aerospace Apprenticeships

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age
  • G.E.D or High School graduate (proof of completion required)
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the occupation (requirements supplied by employer)
  • Complete one (1) of the following assessments and meet or exceed the minimum score:
    • World of Work Inventory (WOWI) minimum scores:
           27.78 in numerical
           34.95 in verbal
           25.15 in mechanical/electrical

    • COMPASS minimum scores:
           67 in reading
           32 in writing
           53 in pre-algebra

    • ASSET minimum scores:
           37 in reading skills
           37 in writing skills
           43 in numerical skills

    • College math and English class at course number 090 or above
           Passing grade
