AJAC Apprenticeship Program Locations
Finding good hires in Washington State for aerospace and advanced manufacturing continues to challenge employers to find alternatives for developing a pipeline of talent. Sending your employees to an AJAC apprenticeship program will future-proof your company’s workforce and get you the skills your company needs to succeed.
Aerospace and manufacturing apprentices take classes one night a week at a community/technical college and receive on-the-job training (OJT) during the day at a company’s job site in these areas.
Companies in aerospace and advanced manufacturing industries across Washington State who participate as registered Training Agents with AJAC can enroll current employees in an existing AJAC program. If a company has 15 or more employees that need training in one of AJAC’s currently registered occupations, AJAC can create a new program exclusively for that company.
