AJAC’s Short-Term Trainings are designed for employers who need targeted skill development, fast. These courses incorporate elements from AJAC’s apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship curriculum and deliver them in a condensed, hands-on format your team can apply right away.
Whether you’re onboarding new employees, upskilling your current workforce, or meeting safety and compliance requirements, these trainings are built to be flexible, relevant, and easy to schedule.
Courses are offered on-site at your facility or at select locations across Washington, depending on the training and instructor availability.
