Steps to Begin Your AJAC Apprenticeship

  1. Join an AJAC Partner Company: To enroll in any of AJAC's apprenticeship programs, you’ll need to be employed by one of our participating companies (known as AJAC Training Agents). Getting hired by one of these companies is your first step to eligibility.
  2. Express Your Interest in Apprenticeship: Once you're hired, let your employer know you're interested in an AJAC apprenticeship. AJAC will work directly with you and your employer for onboarding.
  3. Meet the Qualifications & Register: After securing your employer’s approval, ensure you meet the qualifications to enroll in one of our programs.

To explore potential employers, check out the list of aerospace and advanced manufacturing companies we partner with. Visit their websites to see open job opportunities and apply directly. When applying, let the company know about your interest in AJAC’s apprenticeship program. If you’re employed by a company we currently work with please move forward and complete the form below.

AJAC also offers resources and training programs that can strengthen your application. Keep in mind, however, that submitting information to AJAC does not register you for an apprenticeship. AJAC isn’t an employment agency or the hiring employer—our role is to provide apprenticeship training once you’re on board with a partner company.
