How It Works
- Refer a Friend or Coworker – Submit an online referral form with their information.
- They Enroll – Their employer must approve their enrollment, and they must complete the sign-up process.
- They Stay Enrolled – The referred apprentice must pass and complete their first class.
- You Get Rewarded! – Once they meet all requirements, you receive a $100 VISA gift card as a thank-you!
Who’s Eligible to Receive the Referral Bonus?
- Current AJAC apprentices or alumni in good standing.
- No outstanding payments, compliance issues, OJT hours, or enrollment issues.
- Cannot be on suspension or canceled status.
- The referred individual must be an adult apprentice. Youth apprentices are not eligible.
- The referred individual must not already be in AJAC’s recruiting process (Career Navigation Services).
- Individuals designated as an “Apprenticeship Coordinator” are not eligible to refer.
Is There a Limit to How Many Apprentices I Can Refer?
No—right now there is no limit however AJAC reserves the right to pause the referral program at any time for any reason.
How Will I Receive the $100 Visa Gift Card?
AJAC will email you your gift card after the completion of the first class of the referred apprentice.
