Core Plus Aerospace is a hands-on, high school curriculum developed in partnership with aerospace leaders like Boeing. Offered at over 50 high schools and skills centers across Washington, the program teaches students valuable technical skills in:
Through project-based learning, students gain a strong foundation for entry-level jobs, advanced training, or college—all while earning high school credit.
AJAC’s Youth Apprenticeship program complements Core Plus Aerospace by giving high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to:
AJAC currently offers two Youth Apprenticeship programs: Production Technician and Automation Technician.
These are two-year, registered apprenticeships designed to help students transition seamlessly from high school to full-time careers in advanced manufacturing.
