Canvas is a web-based learning management system (LMS) used by institutions to manage various online learning opportunities. Educators use canvas to create and present learning materials and assess student learning. Students engage in courses and receive feedback about skill development and learning achievement through this platform.
Work Progress Forms are only for apprentices who missed reporting their OJT hours for the previous month during the time frame you are allowed to report your hours. If you were not able to report your previous month’s OJT hours by the 20th, you must use the work progress forms to manually add in your OJT hours and submit those to AJAC so they can be added to your account.

Program outlines provide an overview of the employer’s and apprentice’s responsibilities for participation. Program outlines also summarize the on-the-job training competencies and how wage progression works for each occupation.
