AJAC’s modern approach to apprenticeship ties your on-the-job training (93%) together with college curriculum (7%) taught by industry professionals. Our adult apprenticeship programs are for individuals 18 and older looking to develop, grow, and expand their occupational knowledge of their trade.

These programs are driven by employer need, based on industry demand and future needs as technology drives new, innovative products. Graduating from these programs will allow apprentices to work in a variety of industries. These industries include, food processing, maritime manufacturing, biomedical manufacturing, packaging and assembly, space, defense, and aerospace.

This is an 18-month, 3,000 hour apprenticeship program for entry-level workers looking for foundational skills in production equipment, assembly, and blueprint reading.
