AJAC was recently featured in Northwest Aerospace News Magazine’s June/July 2022 Edition—focusing on our organization’s mission to grow and expand apprenticeships to new employers across all advanced manufacturing industries. As thousands of manufacturing jobs remain unfilled across the state, AJAC is utilizing the model of apprenticeship to help companies fill the labor shortage fueled by the recent pandemic.
