Why FAST Certificates Work

Not every skill gap requires a full apprenticeship. These courses are built for speed and impact—giving your team the specific skills they need, when they need them.

  • Train multiple employees at once
  • Minimize time away from production
  • Stay compliant with safety standards
  • Build a stronger, more capable workforce

You've Got Questions. We've Got Answers.

Who are these trainings for?
AJAC’s FAST Certificates are designed for employers looking to quickly upskill their workforce, meet safety and compliance requirements, or build stronger leaders and project managers — without a full apprenticeship commitment.

Can trainings be held at our facility?
Yes. Technical courses (CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, Forklift, GD&T) are delivered on-site at your location or at select facilities across Washington. People and operational skills courses are delivered online with flexible scheduling.

Are the online courses live or self-paced?
All online courses are instructor-led and scheduled around your team’s availability, including evenings and weekends.

Who delivers the People & Operational Skills courses?
These courses are delivered through Harborbridge and Strategic Business Solutions (SBS), two women-owned workforce development firms in the Puget Sound region. They partner with AJAC to bring practical, applied leadership and operational training to manufacturing employers.

Do employees receive certifications?
Yes. Every FAST course includes a certificate of completion. Industry-recognized certifications are provided for CPR/First Aid, Forklift, OSHA 10, and GD&T.

Can we combine technical and people/skills courses?
Absolutely. Many employers book a mix — for example, pairing Forklift certification with Frontline Leader for a supervisory cohort. Contact us and we’ll help you put together a training plan.

What’s the minimum group size?
It varies by course. Technical courses generally require 8 students minimum. People and operational skills courses start at 3 students, and the PM Bootcamp and Frontline Leader can be run privately for a single participant.
